Rooftop oasis. Tranquility in the city.
To be able to sit on the edge of a fountain to relax or rest. The first photo was a formal garden, the second a rooftop across from us in Rome, and lastly a lone fountain at the entrance to a museum. All three places are where people might want to linger for awhile if there were seats.
